Appraisal Advantage Draw

Duration: 01 January 2026 to 30 June 2026.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to those who get physical in-person appraisal for their property with Ethos Realty Pty Ltd T/a Realcrats. The geographical area where Realcrats can provide this service will be at the sole discretion of Realcrats.

Prize: AUD $2,500 (in the form of gift cards or electronic funds transfer, at the discretion of Realcrats).

Draw Date, time and location: Draw will be held online, at 6pm on 30^th of June 2026. A link will be provided.

Listing Luck Draw

Duration: 01 January 2026 to 15 December 2026.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to those who list their property for sale with Ethos Realty Pty Ltd T/a Realcrats. The geographical area where Realcrats can provide this service will be at the sole discretion of Realcrats.

Prize: Refund (electronic funds transfer) of the sale commission paid or payable to Realcrats up to a maximum value of AUD $20,000.

Date, time and location: Draw will be held online, at 6pm on 15^th of December 2026. A link will be provided.

General Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Ethos Realty Pty Ltd T/a Realcrats (ABN: 72 670 428 190).

Entry Requirements: One entry per property per draw. An entry form along with id proof should be submitted by the legal owners of the property.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.

Receiving the Prize: The winner is required to acknowledge a receipt of the prize.

Unclaimed Prize: If the winner cannot be located or fails to claim the prize within 3 months of notification, the prize will be awarded to reserved winner drawn on the draw date.

Exclusions: Employees, directors, and their immediate families are excluded from entering the promotions.

Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with the prize. Ethos Realty Pty Ltd T/a Realcrats has no liability for such costs.

Data Protection: Ethos Realty Pty Ltd T/a Realcrats will handle participants' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: The promotion is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these promotions will be handled in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Liability: Ethos Realty Pty Ltd T/a Realcrats is not liable for any claims arising from the promotion.
